TEXT BOOKING INFORMATION

Typically when scheduling through email, i have a pre written message that has all the information and details on the process, as i always like to be transparent and upfront about all aspects of the booking process. this way, we are on the same page prior about outcomes and expectations and there are no surprises when we finish.

DEPOSIT

 

- A deposit is needed to hold the spot ($100 sent through venmo: @sheltertattoo or PayPal: James.m.samaniego@gmail.com), which will go towards final cost of the tattoo. If more than one person is getting tattooed, i will need a deposit for each person (this might not apply to everyone, but including this just makes things easier upon completion than trying to figure out who paid and who didn’t).

 

PAYMENT

 

- Payment of the remainder of the tattoo can be: cash, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo or PayPal, whatever is easiest for you! (I just dont use cashapp or Zelle)

TEXT REMINDERS

 

Since you are using the text method, i can automatically put you into the square system for appointment reminders to make it easier.

Your information will only be used through the square app and you will never receive any spam or personal messages from me or the shop. (you are also able to text there in case of cancellations, reschedules, etc)

 

- *Please be sure to check the Policies and FAQ pages in regards to being late, rescheduling/cancelling, deposit info, design changes, previewing design, etc just in case; as there is tons of info on the site under those pages (www.sheltertattoo.com).*

 

- If you have any other questions/concerns, please ask or let me know now so that anything can be addressed prior; this way theres no surprises or misunderstandings on the day of the appointment.
